Ready to play field hockey in 2010? Come along and catch up with everyone, bring your hockey stick for a hit, grab a hamburger from the BBQ and enjoy the day.

WHEN & WHERE:
Open from 11am to 2pm at the Peninsula Hockey Centre located at the end of Bloom Street, Monash University Peninsula Campus, Frankston.
WHAT TO BRING:
Please bring your newly completed Registration Form, Medical Form and Uniform Order with you. See below.
Also, a $100 deposit is required (please ensure you have the money on the day) at Registration Day. Fees can be paid in full on registration day. Please bring your student card with you on Registration day if you are paying student rates. Junior Registration Form Junior Medical Form
